Hey there, I’m Alaynah! I'm originally from Milledgeville, GA, but I spent ten years living in Europe and the Middle East. I have been fascinated by the human body since I was young and my passion for discovering the depth and influence of functional movement on optimal living has only grown. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Georgia College and attended Middle Georgia School of Massage, where I graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I recently became certified in lymphatic drainage. 

My mission at Integrative Wellness Medical Massage is to partner with my clients to pursue an integrated approach to their health and wellness. Therapeutic & Medical Massage can help achieve a more optimal quality of movement, decrease pain, and improve body function. I enjoy using the skills I’ve learned to educate clients about how their bodies move and assist them on their journey to more optimal movement. 

I believe that the Lord blessed me with strong hands and a passion for people to work in a holistic and homeopathic field so that I can help and support others on their journeys of healing and optimal living through movement and massage.
